In the meantime, with job hunting season comes job interviews and with job interviews comes stress and uncertainty for most people. There's a lot to say on the topic, but for now . . .

This episode presents my framework for how to tackle what could be the most awkward part of a job interview. 

The conversation has gone well.

The question answering is over.

You can breathe.

Then . . . you know it's coming. 

The interviewer asks: What questions do you have for us?

Gulp. 

Messing up this question could be the single biggest wasted opportunity of the entire interview.
